More Mini Cyber Crop

First the first time in several years I am suffering from a head cold. It just came out of nowhere on Monday!!! I had forgotten how lousy they make you feel!! I have been taking Ease a Cold, Codral and multi-vitamins and I still feel like death warmed up! Can someone turn off the tap??!!

Anyway, this afternoon I told myself to get over it and get some more challenges done for the SWV mini cyber crop. These are the 3 I came up with. There is still Tania's mystery challenge I didn't get to. Sorry Tania! I am really happy with them, and love the required colour scheme of chocolate/strawberry and cream.

Mini Cyber Crop

There are heaps of awesome challenges up at the SWV mini cyber crop. So far, I have only managed 1 challenge - it is Brigitte's mystery card challenge. I am really happy with the end result - it is very cute.

I certainly hope to get to work on the other challenges over the week end.

New Challenge up at SWV

I enjoyed setting this challenge. I decided to set the challenge to be inspired by this photo to create a layout. I found the card at http://www.heartprints.net/ This lady makes beautiful cards!

I created this layout inspired by the card for my stepson and his wife after the birth of their first child, a beautiful daughter called Tevaney.

Great Sketch Up at Sweetie's Sketches

Hi!! The kids and I are spending the week end in Mackay, with my sister Lea. My hubby is doing some work on his days off, driving trucks. School starts back on Tuesday.

Lea and I sat down this afternoon and worked on our cards for the July card sketch at Sweetie's Sketches. This is what we both came up with.

Storm Clouds of Scrapping

I have been scrapping up a storm last night and today. I have been working on my DT kit for August. They are gorgoeus papers and very boyish/masculine. I am very happy with them. Stay tuned for the August kits in Scrap With V. I'll post some sneak peeks shortly.

I have created 5 layouts since last night, but there is only 1 I can show you at the moment.

The upcoming 15 July sketch at Crafty Sketches is very nice! I completed my Creative Team layout last night. Don't forget to head on over to Crafty Sketches to check out all the action, and to be in with a chance to win a beautiful bling prize.

I also created this layout for Kim's great sketch challenge for July at SWV. I took this photo last Saturday when Megan met her now 6 week old niece Tevaney for the first time. I am really happy with the end result.


The school holidays are almost over. The kids head back on Tuesday. It has been a nice break away from routine, with lots of shorts trips away and catching up with family again.

More Cybercrop Layouts
