Getting back to Nature at Scrap with V

Am I Crazy????

I have agreed to take on the Pavilion Steward job at the Clermont Show this year. Why??? I don't know!!! I must be crazy!! I have never done this kind of job before, so hopefully I can carry it out successfully!!!

This is a layout I created recently, for the "Quotes" theme called by SBM. I wasn't successful in having it accepted for publication. But, I am really happy with it. It is something a bit different for me too.

Scrap With V Cyber Crop

Scrap With V are holding their cyber crop this week end. Come and join in. You have a whole week to get your layouts done and uploaded.

The theme is "Celebrating Change". I posted the first challenge. My challenge is to create a layout using the letters from the word CHANGE . For example, in my layout below called "4 The Love of Music" I used:

C - cardstock and chalk
H - puncked holes and used hearts
A - alpha stickers
N - number sticker in title, and used pp that was brand new in my stash
G - glitter, and Glitz Frosting swirl
E - embellishments such as ric rac, punching, Studs and flower

A New Layout

The 123 March Challenge was to use texture, Autumn colours and home made flowers. This is what I came up with last night. I am happy with it.

"Siblings"

Over at Scrap With V, Kylie Symons issued an Autumn Challange, to use browns/yellow/whites etc Autumn colours, a sepia photo and the subject being child/ren. Once I finally worked out how to change a photo to sepia tonings (I'm a bit slow sometimes!!) I came up with this simple layout. I enjoyed the challenge.

My DT Kits for Scrap With V

The wonderful Ness has uploaded March's DT Kits into the Shop. They all look awesome!!!

I loved the papers and embies I was asked to create with!!! Here is what I came up with - 2 layouts and there was still some left overs! Great value for money!

This is my layout based on the sketch. It is about my DD first game of golf last week end. My children joined up at Junior Golf for this season. They want to give it a go.
